CyberHealth 360 provides cybersecurity assessment services for small and medium enterprises, including:

• Free basic cybersecurity assessments
• Detailed security scoring and recommendations
• Premium comprehensive reports (€99)
• Compliance guidance for GDPR, NIS2, and other regulations

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per user/organization
• Minimum age: 18 years or legal business representative

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• Keep login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Use the service only for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Premium Reports

• Pro Report: €99 (including VAT where applicable)
• Payment processed securely through Stripe
• Immediate access upon successful payment
• All prices include applicable taxes

4.2 Refund Policy

• 14-day refund period for EU consumers (Distance Selling Directive)
• Refunds processed within 14 days of request
• Technical issues: Full refund available

5. Intellectual Property

• CyberHealth 360 platform and content are proprietary
• Assessment methodologies and algorithms are protected
• You retain ownership of your business data
• Limited license to use our service for intended purposes
• No reverse engineering or unauthorized copying

6. Limitation of Liability

• Service provided "as is" without warranties
• No liability for business decisions based on our recommendations
• Maximum liability limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
• No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• German law limitations apply where legally required

7. Data Security & Confidentiality

• We implement industry-standard security measures
• Your assessment data is treated as confidential
• Data processing complies with GDPR requirements
• Regular security audits and updates
• Incident response procedures in place

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee continuous availability
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• No compensation for temporary service interruptions
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

9. Termination

9.1 By You

• Delete your account at any time
• Download your data before deletion
• No refund for unused premium features

9.2 By Us

• Violation of terms or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• 30 days notice for convenience termination
• Immediate termination for serious breaches

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by German law
• Disputes resolved in German courts (Essen jurisdiction)
• EU consumer protection laws apply where applicable
